This registry trick will clear all unwanted items from add and remove programs, follow these steps:
- Go to start> run> Type regedit
- Go to path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Uninstall.
- Remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall".
- That's all.
